Who should I contact if my package is missing?

Check your tracking information:
If your tracking states that it was delivered and you cannot locate it, first contact your neighbors. It is possible that that your package was delivered to the wrong address by the postal service. You can also contact USPS directly with the tracking number for more information.
If your tracking states "In Transit" but it has exceed the 3-5 day delivery time it may have been lost in transit by USPS. Please contact USPS about the issue and then email us at [email protected] if there is anything we can do to help take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP!
