If an item is out of stock you will find an option to enter your email address on the product page. When we restock your bracelet, we'll email you right away! Items are generally restocked within 2 weeks. Certain items may take longer or will not return once they sold out. If you have a question about a specific item do not hesitate to send us an email!
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to take custom orders. We would still love to hear your ideas though. Many of the products currently on our site came from fantastic feedback from customers just like you.
Our #1 priority is your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your purchase, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage and your order number so that we may begin the process of getting you a replacement item!
We do accept exchanges for size adjustments. All exchanges must be unwashed, in new and unworn condition, free of stains and odors. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and an updated tracking number.
Any additional charges for customs clearance or duty fees must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
All domestic order are packaged and shipped withing 3 business days via USPS First Class. Packages usually take 3-5 days to get to you from there. USPS is responsible for any delays due to delivery times.
International packages are usually delivered within 21-30 days from shipping. However a package may be delayed due to postal issues such as inclement weather. Items may also get held up in customs. Please refer to your tracking information for up to date delivery status and notifications.
If your tracking states that it was delivered and you cannot locate it, first contact your neighbors. It is possible that that your package was delivered to the wrong address by the postal service. You can also contact USPS directly with the tracking number for more information.
If your tracking states "In Transit" but it has exceed the 3-5 day delivery time it may have been lost in transit by USPS. Please contact USPS about the issue and then email us at [email protected] and we will help you to investigate the whereabouts of your package.
